Auditions for The 2011 Dickens Carolers are over. If you are interested in spreading Christmas cheer and having a great time doing it but you missed our auditions, please check back in July 2012 for information about auditioning for our 2012 season.

If you would like more information about becoming a Dickens Caroler, please contact Heather at 503-785-0310 or email at .  When requesting an audition, a resume with photo is helpful, but not mandatory.  Our auditions consist of a brief warm-up, followed by a solo performance, (that's you), singing a Christmas carol of your choice.  We will discuss your qualifications and availability in December as well as a rehearsal schedule.  

Note from the Music Director:  Our Christmas Music includes approximately 85 Christmas songs varying from traditional to contemporary to downright funny!  You will be expected to learn (or at least be "extremely" familiar with) all of this music outside of rehearsal, and work on performance and blend during rehearsal.  It sounds like a lot, and it is, but it is also fun and we will provide the support you need.  If it sounds like too much work, or you won't have the time to put in to learning the music, you need not audition.  For the rest of you, WELCOME!  We look forward to hearing you!
